Where are you based?
Our head office is located in Niagara Falls, Ontario however we have locations in the Unite States and the United Kingdom. When shopping online all of our
prices are listed in US dollars. Visit this website to see exchange rates for your country. (Please note, this is an approximate value and you should consult your credit card company for their current exchange rate)
How are your products shipped?
We ship our products through a variety of mail courier companies including UPS, USPS, Canada Post and Purolater - depending on where you are located. We ship orders
to anywhere in the US, Canada or the rest of the world! Each shipment is insured and takes approximately 2-4 weeks for arrival. If you require your order sooner please contact our
customer service department: info@alphabetphotography.com.
What colour tone are the pictures?
We offer a variety of full colour, pure black and white and custom blended sepia tone.
Are the "words" created into one larger photo?
No, all of the photos are developed using 4 x 6 crystal archive photographic paper. Custom framed creations are also individual photographs bound by acid free mats custom made by
professional picture framers.
Can I buy them pre-framed?
Yes. We are happy to provide a high quality North American made product. All of
our frames are solid wood and hand-crafted by professional framers. To view our
frame selection choose the "Change Frame" option when creating a word.
What size are the photographs?
All of our photographs are 4 x 6 inches, however if you require a different size please contact our
customer service department: info@alphabetphotography.com and we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
